
A solid LMS run by some genuinely excellent people
The support and friendliness of the people who work there has always been impressive. Whether it is the customer success people, sales/account managers or technical support, the people who you will be working with through implementation or ongoing support are genuinely great. As an L&D Manager in the UK, I am spoiled for choice with products available, so a lot of the time the decisions I make come down to the service and contact. Absorb does this really well.

What I liked the most about using absorb as a learning management system was certainly the use of the amount of helpdesk articles and the absorb management system academy. When navigating the learning management system it became obvious very soon in the process that it was going to be very user-friendly. Once I learned a process, it was easy to remember, practice, and replicate.
Easier to use then expected - Great Customer Service
With zero experience with LMS and entirely new implementation ahead, we were nervous and quite unsure about the whole process. Luckily with Absorb team, things turned out to be more easy then expected. Their CS is top notch and it really feels like a cooperation. The system is quite logical in its use and its getting easier by every login.
Easy, Fun and Comprehensive
I love how easy it is, after their excellent onboarding and training and how much fun it can be to create content. We use it for so many training programs and cannot imaging not having it as a daily tool.
Absorb has allowed us to share trainings on others' time.
Absorb has allowed us to reach providers all over the Colorado Springs area and has allowed our providers to access trainings in their own time. The system was very easy to implement for users. It was easy for us to upload our content onto the site for trainings and use pre-existing course content as well. Providers are able to go back into the system and review content even after they have completed the trainings. Customer service worked with us to get everything set up and going and offers trainings on new content often as it becomes available.
Amazing customer support!
There are lots of different options and features for course creation. Absorb's customer support is amazing - very responsive and helpful with coming up with solutions for learners and admin users.
Great product with continuous improvements.
The customizable capabilities truly make the product feel unique and part of the company branding. There continues to be a lot of new features that have made the product more engaging and easier to use. As our data shows the amount of use on a weekly basis continues to increase. The support team is also always very prompt to responding. Looking forward to the future of absorb, the shared roadmap looks very promising.
