Absorb has been phenomenal. Both the team and the platform
Absorb is a very user-friendly system and very quick to get to know. It feels predictable and the pathways through the site are natural. The number of features available are wide and we can pull a lot of data about staff training very easily, and we have had a lot of support from the integration team to set up our HR import exactly how we needed it!

Absorb's support model is one of the best I've seen. We were assigned a very knowledgeable implementation project manager from the beginning and they helped us through the entire set-up and implementation. There was a function we needed that wasn't inherently available through Absorb, but our pm was able to create a workaround that saved us! They were very knowledgeable and did not hand us off to a new project manager until we had a firm understanding of the program and felt comfortable. Each of our dedicated support individuals live in our same timezone, so we receive help and answers to our questions very quickly. The 24/7 support ticket requests receive responses quickly as well. We have seen that update requests from customers are heavily considered and implemented within a decent amout of time. The integration was smooth with multiple of our complicated/clunky systems. The open API functionality has been crucial for our team. We were just able to integrate with Zoom which makes setting up virtual ILCs very simple. External user access is easy to set-up and is intuitive for learners. Absorb's UI has a very modern look and feel, and we have complete flexibility to use our own branding and design. Creating the learner dashboards was simple unlike many other competitors. We can rename almost anything to match our own terminology with the translations feature for both the UI and on the back end adminstrative portion. Absorb is intuitive for learners to use and we receive little to no questions as to how to navigate it. This was one of the main reasons we chose Absorb instead of other vendors. For the most part the functionality for both ILC sessions and e-learning delivery is very good. Some companies cater more to one than the other, but Absorb does a great job of ensuring functionality for both. The course curriculums have great functionality. We are able to pace progress the order in which learners take both ILC and e-learning courses, and can allow for multiple options to complete a course.
